Bridget Catherine Regan was born February 3 1982. She is an American actress best recognized for her roles as Kahlan Amnell in the TNT television series Legend of the Seeker and Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner (White Collar), Rose Solano (Jane the Virgin) and Dottie underwood in Agent Carter. From 2016 to 2018she played Sasha Cooper in TNT's drama series The Last Ship. In 2013, she was the main character on USA Network's fifth season of the crime-drama White Collar, as Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner. She briefly played the lover of Neal Caffrey. In the was the same year that she starred in the drama series Beauty & the Beast for an entire arc of episodes as Alex, the ex-fiancee of Vincent Keller (Jay Ryan). Since the presence of her character led to a love triangle including Vincent and Catherine Chandler (Kristin Kreuk) which resulted in "rabid" animosity towards Alex, and unpleasant tweets for Regan, from fans who prefer Vincent remain with Catherine. Regan declared that "I cannot even browse Twitter for a second!" ... I can understand why people dislike Alex, I suppose but I just can't take a look any further."
