Khaled Mohammed Khaled (born November 26, 1975), known professionally as DJ Khaled, is an American DJ and record executive, as well as a record producer and rapper.Khaled first gained recognition as a radio host during the 1990s at the station 99 Jamz, and translated his fame by working alongside Terror Squad as a DJ for their live shows. After gaining credits for production for the band's music, Khaled released his first studio album Listennn... the Album in 2006, which was certified gold. It was later followed by We the Best (2007) that featured the most popular track "I'm So Hood". After establishing the record label We the Best Music Group and his subsequent two albums -We Global (2008) and Victory (2010) We Global (2008) & Victory (2010) -both were released. Both albums charted within the top ten on the US Billboard 200, with the latter featuring the hit single "All I Do Is Win" that was later declared as triple platinum.His fifth studio album We the Best Forever (2011) also saw similar commercial success, and helped to bring Khaled to the international spotlight due to the song "I'm on One" from his ninth studio album Major Key (2016), which gained critical and commercial success; it debuted at the top of the Billboard 200, was certified gold, and received an Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album.
