Katherine Victoria Litwack (born June 13, 1986) is known as Kat Dennings, is an American actress. Her most prominent roles include Max Black on CBS' sitcom 2 Broke Girls (2011 to 2017) and Darcy Lewis in Marvel Cinematic Universe's superhero films Thor: The Dark World (2013) and Thor: Love and Thunder (2022). She was also popularly known as Kat Dennings (2008). She graduated high school in the early age of 14 and moved with her family to Los Angeles to pursue acting full-time with the professional name "Dennings".Beginning her career at 9 by performing in commercials, Dennings said her family didn't have much money for formal acting training.
