Carrie Ann Inaba

 Carrie Ann Inaba (born January 5 1968) is an American television personality, dancer, choreographer and actress. She also sings. She is well-known for her role on ABC's Dancing with the Stars for which she's been a judge since 2005. She was the co-host and moderator of the CBS Daytime talk show, The Talk from 2019 to 2021. Her career began as a vocalist in Japan however, she became known for her dancing. She first introduced herself to American audiences as one of the first Fly Girls on the Fox sketch comedy show In Living Color from 1990 until 1992.In 1986, a young Inaba won a talent show in Hawaii. She was then groomed to become a pop star in Japan and given songs to read phonetically in Japanese from an lyric sheet. She realized that even though her first single made it to the Top 50, it had nothing to do with your artistic ability. Your face becomes a symbol that they market." Inaba lived in Tokyo from 1986 until 1988 and was a popular singer.She released three singles "Party Girl" (backed with "China Blue"), "Be Your Girl" (backed with "6 1/2 Capezio") as well as "Yume no Senaka" (backed with "Searching") and hosted weekly television and radio series.After coming back to America, Inaba appeared as one of the "Fly Girls"--a group of dancers in the television show In Living Color, from 1990 until 1992. In addition, she performed together with Canadian singer Norman Iceberg and dancers Viktor Manoel (David Bowie's "Glass Spider" tour) and Luca Tommassini at Prince's notorious Glam Slam.
