Carrie Coon

 Carrie Alexandra Coon (born January 24 1981) is an American actor. In television Coon is well-known for her starring roles as grieving mother Nora Durst in the HBO drama series The Leftovers (2014-2017) and as Gloria Burgle in the third season of the FX anthology series Fargo (2017). She won the TCA Award for Individual Achievement in Drama for both of her performances, won the Critics Choice Television Award for the Best Supporting Actress in the field of Drama Series for the former, and was nominated for the award for Outstanding Leading Actress in a limited Series or Movie for the latter. She was also a key role in The Sinner (2018), an Anthology-based drama series. Coon is best known for her performance as Bertha Russell in HBO's The Gilded Age. She was nominated for a Tony Award in 2012 for her role in the film Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf. Coon has been featured in a variety of films, including Gone Girl (2014) and The Post (2017). She also appeared as Widows (2018). Widows (2018) is an action film that is about thefts. Avengers: Infinity War (2018) is her second film. The Nest (2021) is her period drama. Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021) is her supernatural comedy.
