Erika Eleniak (born September 29, 1969) is an American actress, Playboy Playmate, and former model best famous for her performance in Baywatch as Shauni McClain. Her first film appearance was in a small role in E.T. She played a minor role in E.T. (1982). Later, she starred in The Blob (1988), Under Siege (922) and The Beverly Hillbillies (93). Erika Eleniak was a Glendale, California native. Her father Dale Alan Eleniak is Ukrainian and her mother, Iris Maya Neggo Arnold, is Estonian as well as German. Eleniak's paternal grandpa, Wasyl Eleniak (from Ukraine) was one of the first Ukrainian immigrants to move to Canada. Eleniak was 12 years old when she appeared in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial in the role of the girl being kissed by Elliott in the scene where Elliott is in the classroom. The 10-year-old co-star, Henry Thomas, told People magazine that he didn't like making the film: "When I had to kiss her I had to do it two times! I'm not a fan of girls. She was Vicki De Soto in The Blob (1988), a horror movie about a monster which murdered Vicki. The film was a remake from the 1958 film.
