Ivana Marie "Ivanka", Trump (/I’va:NGk@/, born October 30 1981) is an American businesswoman. She is the daughter of Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States. She served as a senior advisor to Trump's administration. She was director of the Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship. She is the daughter Trump's first wife, Ivana. She converted to Judaism shortly before she married Jared Kushner. She also served as a judge in the boardroom on her father's TV show, The Apprentice. Beginning in March of 2017, Trump left the Trump Organization to be a senior advisor in her father's presidential administration alongside Jared Kushner. Trump accepted to file "financial declaration forms" required by federal employees. She was not subject to the same restrictions on ethics that federal employees are. This was when ethics concerns were raised. She continued to run her clothing business during her time at the White House. This raised ethical concerns regarding conflicts of interests. Trump was part of Trump's inner circle prior to his appointment as an official employee.
