 Julia O'Hara Stiles, born March 28, 1981, is an American actress. She was born and raised in New York City, Stiles began her acting career when she was 11 as part of the city's La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club. After a small part in I Love You, I Do Not Love You (1996) The actress was offered a role in Wicked (1998), for which she won the Karlovy Vary Film Festival Award as Best Actress. She rose to fame with her lead roles in teen films such as 10 Things You Hate About You (1999), Down to You ((2000)) and Save the Last Dance (2004). Her awards include an NBR Award, a CFCA Award and the Gold Derby Award, a Teen Choice Award and two MTV Movie Awards, as along with Satellite Award, Gotham Award, Golden Globe Award, and Emmy Award nominations.Stiles transitioned to adult roles with films like The Business of Strangers (2001), Mona Lisa Smile (2003), as well as The Omen (2006), and was a hit with audiences around the world for her role as Nicky Parsons in the Bourne franchise (2002-2016). Some other notable movies include Hamlet (both 2000), O(2001), A Guy Thing (2002) and Carolina (2003). The actress was also in The Prince & Me (2004) and Edmond, A Little Trip to Heaven (2006).
