Minka Kelly

 

Minka Kelly (born on June 24 on the 24th of June, 1980) is an American model and actress. She was first a star in the NBC drama Friday Night Lights (2006)-2009. Kelly was also part of the series Parenthood (2010), Charlie's Angels (2011) and Almost Human (2013). Kelly played the Dove/Dawn character on the series DC Universe/HBO Max Titans from 2018 to 2021. Kelly graduated from Valley High School, Albuquerque (New Mexico) and later returned to Los Angeles. On a test shoot with an agency for modeling and was approached by an ex- Playboy Playmate who wanted to manage her. Kelly was able to get an opening as a receptionist at the clinic of a surgeon and was offered an augmentation of the breasts for a small fee. Kelly was unable to afford the procedure and was dismissed. Kelly was then exposed to the medical field , and she enrolled in school in order to pursue a degree as surgeon's assistant. After that, she was employed as scrub tech. During the four years that she worked working in this field, she kept to audition for TV and film roles.
